Luca lernt mit Gutscheinanfrage

Willkommen beim Online-Antrag für das Projekt „Luca lernt mit“! (Englisch, Arabisch, Persisch unterhalb)

Mit diesem Antrag können Sie einen Gutschein für Schul- und Lernbedarf für Ihr Kind beantragen. 

Wichtige Hinweise/Voraussetzungen:

• Der Antrag kann nur vom 07.07. bis 23.08. gestellt werden.
• Nur für 1. und 5. Klassen 
• Du bist BuT berechtigt, beziehst Sozialleistungen, Kinderzuschlag, Wohngeld oder AsylbLG.
• Du wohnst im Kirchenkreis Harzer Land

Die Anfragen werden von uns bearbeitet. Sollten Unterlagen fehlen oder sollten Sie keinen Anspruch haben, melden wir uns bei Ihnen. Die Gutscheine werden jeweils am Ende der Woche verschickt. Bitte haben Sie Geduld und verzichten auf Nachfragen zum Bearbeitungsstand. Wir versichern Ihnen, dass wir versuchen alle Anfragen so schnell wie möglich zu bearbeiten. 

Es besteht kein gesetzlicher Anspruch auf einen Gutschein. Die Gutscheine dürfen ausschließlich für Schul- und Lernmaterial verwendet werden. Wir, das Diakonische Werk, behalten uns das Recht vor, die Rückerstattung des Gutscheinbetrags zu fordern, falls der Kassenzettel den Kauf unzulässiger Artikel nachweist. 

Bitte füllen Sie das Formular vollständig mit den Daten Ihres Kindes aus. Für jedes Kind wird ein Formular benötigt.

Welcome to the online application for the project “Luca lernt mit”!

With this application, you can apply for a voucher for school and learning supplies for your child. Important information/requirements:

• Applications can only be submitted from July 7 to August 23.
• only for 1st and 5th grade students.
• You are eligible for BuT (education and participation benefits), or receive social welfare benefits, child supplement, housing allowance, or benefits under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act (AsylbLG).
• You live in the church district of Harzer Land.

Applications will be processed by us. If any documents are missing or if you are not eligible, we will contact you. Vouchers will be sent out at the end of each week. Please be patient and refrain from inquiring about the processing status. We assure you that we are doing our best to process all applications as quickly as possible.

There is no legal entitlement to a voucher. The vouchers may only be used for school and learning materials. We, the Diaconal Work (Diakonisches Werk), reserve the right to demand repayment of the voucher amount if the receipt shows the purchase of unauthorized items.

Please complete the form fully with your child’s information. A separate form is required for each child.
